How New Design Unisex collects, uses and protects your information when you visit this website or contact us.

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Who we are

New Design Unisex is a hair and beauty salon located at 9638 SW 24th St, Miami, FL 33165, United States. We are responsible for the information collected through this website.

Information we collect

Information you give us: when you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in (optional) and your message.

Information collected automatically when you send the form, to help us understand where messages come from and to prevent spam:

  • Your IP address, browser, device type and operating system.
  • The page you were on and how you found us (for example a search engine, social network or ad campaign), including the first page you visited.

We do not ask for payment information on this website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your message and manage your appointment or request.
  • To keep a record of the messages we receive so that we can follow up.
  • To measure how people find and use the website, and to improve it.
  • To protect the website against spam, abuse and security threats.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run the website, and only what each one needs:

  • Our email provider, which delivers the contact form messages to us.
  • Google Maps, which shows our location on the Contact page and receives your IP address when the map loads.
  • WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, only if you click their links; their own privacy policies apply from that point.
  • Google Tag Manager and the measurement tools managed through it (such as Google Analytics), if and when we enable them.
  • Our website hosting provider, which stores the website and its data.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This website uses very few, in two groups:

  • Necessary (always on): trp_language remembers the language you choose, and nd_consent remembers your cookie choice. They keep the website working and cannot be turned off.
  • Measurement and ads (only if you accept): nd_attr remembers for 30 days how you arrived at the website so we can tell where a message came from, and Google Tag Manager with its tools measures visits and the performance of our ads.

If you reject cookies, the website still counts visits in an anonymous way, without cookies and without identifying you. While you keep the page open, the website remembers how you arrived only in your browser tab, so that if you write to us we know where your message came from. This information is discarded when you close the tab.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings. The website keeps working without the optional ones.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages and the information that comes with them are kept for up to two years and then deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete your information.
  • Stop using your information for measurement or advertising.

To make a request, write to us using the contact details below. We will answer within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.

Children

This website is intended for adults. If you contact us about a service for a child, such as a birthday party, we ask that a parent or guardian write to us. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we protect it

The website uses protections such as spam filtering, limits on repeated attempts, restricted access to the administration area and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
